If you have pre-ordered Xenosaga Limited Edition from NCS, please check your email in-box for an update on this product. NCS expects to receive our shipments on Thursday or Friday and confirmed pre-orders will ship as soon as the game arrives. 
   Since we expect cancellations of the Xenosaga LE today, we will likely open up orders again tomorrow at the new price. Please await our update. Due to continued problems and last-minutes changes by suppliers, NCS will no longer accept pre-orders for Limited Edition products since overseas assurances and "guarantees" are worthless. 

   All Xbox regular edition consoles and limited edition consoles ship today. We are shipping the units in well padded 18x18x14" cartons to protect against dents and dings during transit. As mentioned earlier, 24 lb dimensional weight applies for this product if you elect to use any air shipping service. NCS expects additional Japanese Xbox software over the next few days as suppliers get their houses in order. We currently only have limited supplies of Jet Set Radio Future [JPN] and Silent Hill 2 [JPN] in stock at this time.
