   Happy New Year and good tidings to all. With no new releases this week and a lack of news from overseas, we figure today would be a good day to post up some answers to frequently asked questions. Hopefully this update will ease some of the incoming email flow...
How can I get my paws on Phantasy Star Online v1.1 for the GC?
  
NCS posted some information on our exchange offer here. Scroll down. We are only able to accept exchanges from customers who purchased PSO from NCS at this time. Please note that Sega is not selling PSO v1.1 and the only way to obtain a copy is by exchanging it in Japan. 
Does NCS' Zelda Windwalker [USA] preorder include the bonus disk?
  
NCS posted some information here but we have not confirmed availability yet. As mentioned earlier, the offer is open to retail chain shops such as EBWorld but not to general distribution in the USA.
My shipment appears late. Is this normal?
  
During the holiday season, UPS and the USPS do not count December 25 and January 1 as normal transit days. In other words, packages do not move during these two days. As a result, a UPS 2nd Day parcel shipped on December 24 would arrive three days later rather than two days. Allow some leeway also for transit delays due to shipping volumes.
Why haven't I received a reply from NCS in my Hotmail/Yahoo account?
  
Spam filters set too high may block messages from yours truly. NCS responds to most inquiries within 30 minutes during normal business hours. However, we tend to ignore emails containing the following message bodies: "How do I pirate a game", "Where can I download the games that you sell", "Will you aid and abet my theft of software?"
When do you expect to restock the game "XXxXxx XXxXXxx?"
  
 We try to restock most recent software titles within a 1-2 week time frame. However, with suppliers on vacation until January 6, NCS will not have news on incoming shipments until they return to work. Until then, smaller vendors help us but they are generally unable to keep much inventory in stock during the silly season.
Not FAQed but we do have a Macross Perfect Transformation figure update today. This stock originally arrived a couple of months ago but we never updated them for some reason or other.
