  NEWS More assorted Preorders open

   GBA F-Zero Falcon Densetsu follows the tales of riders from the animated series which recently debuted in Japan. Race across new tracks and classic ones from the SFC such as Big Blue. Baten Kaitos may be the winter sales leader for Gamecube with its RPG elements and card throwing battles, both of which do well in Japan. One Piece GP3 might also do well on the GC.

   The limited edition of PS2 Battle Gear 3 includes a car key which may be used in Japanese BG3 arcade coin-op machines to unlock special vehicles. In Moekan, players may interact and find potential romance with a coterie of doting maids and caretakers.
   Konami has announced no less than seven more volumes of Karaoke Revolution which ship on December 11, 2003. Titles in the next batch are: J-Pop Best Vol. 5 through 8, Animation Song Selection, Snow & Party, and Duet Mic. Anubis ZOE Special Edition is the USA version of the game transplanted back to Japan which ships on January 15, 2004. The limited edition of ZOE SE includes a bonus soundtrack at a mere Y200 more than the regular edition.

  NEWS Devil May Cry and Atom 2 Miniature Figures
   Takara & Kayodo announced a new set of miniature Devil May Cry trading figures which measure approximately 6-8cm each (2.5-3.0"). Six full color types such as Dante and Marionettes are dispersed randomly in candy-toy boxes. Six matching metallic variants will also be randomly packaged. Pricing is expected to come in at US$5 per figure for a late February 2004 delivery.
   In a bit of a cheeky maneuver, Takara will also sell a "Devil May Cry Complete Box" at Y1000 to hold the figures in a windowed cardboard package. Normally, this type of box would be given away for free...

   Takara & Kayodo also announced a beautifully crafted set of miniature figures based on the Atom manga/animation. Six types of figures will be randomly packaged in candy-toy boxes. The photos shown today are the prototypes which are not painted but the final product will be fully colored as shown on the lower-right. Similar to the Devil May Cry Complete Box, T&K will offer an Atom 2 Complete Box which holds the six figures in a window package suitable for display.
   Pricing per randomly packaged figure stands at US$5 and delivery is expected in late Mar 2004. Preorders may be submitted by clicking any photo.
