Scrap Heap Scramble - Two Neo-Geo cartridges

A Magician Lord cartridge in VG shape except the case is destroyed and the plastic tray and manual are missing. The Samurai Spirits 2 cartridge is in new condition but does not work. Includes instruction manual inside. May be fixable but we doubt it. $15 + shipping.
