Scrap Heap Scramble - Panasonic Q with working DVD only

The Panasonic Q looks perfect outside but is missing the DVD Remote control. Includes one sealed joypad, cables, and an unsealed instruction booklet. The DVD player works perfectly and we've modified the unit so that all NTSC DVDs will play on the unit. The Gamecube portion of the unit outputs no video and fuse repair is required to get the Gamecube working again. The Gamecube powers up and displays the blue joypad lights but there is no video. Although the unit is missing the remote control, it is possible to sync the unit with a universal remote controller. For example, we were able to control the unit by syncing a Sony WEGA remote controller by using the manufacturer code of 308. There is a little pushbutton mod on the bottom of the unit for the GC. $205 + shipping.
