Hit the links as an aspiring golf pro and play tourneys while staying at a little golf village of sorts. Meet golfing buddies, compete against rivals and earn points by winning games in order to buy better golf equipment. Although the player does not actually play the main game as Mario, the famous plumber and others such as Bowser, Princess Peach, etc may be used when practicing swings. The game uses a polygon-based graphics system which makes for realistic but slightly stutter-step animation when balls are hit towards their intended holes. A wireless adapter is included with each copy of the game which links up to 4 players within range for a golf party.
