   An advertising placard with an attached string which was released only in Asia at the debut of the Neo Geo Pocket Color a few years ago. We've had one of these hanging in our main office for a while now and located a small quantity of bagged placards which are in mint condition. May appeal to collectors of all things Neo from the olde SNK. We will ship the item securely in hard, unbendable cardboard for safe arrival.
