Tested, working copy of Pen Pen Tricelon [JPN] for the Japanese Dreamcast. Race strange arctic creatures on LSD (or is it DMT?) inspired levels. The whole game is pretty trippy, from the booming voice announcer to the sound effects to the goofy-looking creatures.
