Scrap Heap Scramble - XRGB-2+ Upscan Converter

A working XRGB-2+ upscan converter but with one issue - the power button is not capable of shutting the unit off. Pressing the power button will click the power-light off for a second before the unit powers itself back up again.

Other than this little annoyance, the unit works perfectly and is in excellent condition. Although the photo only shows the XRGB-2+ converter, we will also include the XRGB-2+ retail cardboard box and all cables that are included inside a new XRGB-2+ box. Please note that all of the cables and the user manual are new, never opened, and still factory sealed in their original plastic wrappers. This is essentially a new unit that we're unable to sell normally because of the power button problem.
