New, factory-sealed copies of two racing Photo-CDs for
use with computers or Saturn consoles outfitted with a
Video-CD decoder card. The two disks are:
1) Power of Glory: The World of Formula One Grand
Prix (Y3800)
View the history of Formula One from 1985 to 1994. A
special gatefold CD package which opens up and recounts
the history of the sport in concise Japanese text. The
package also includes a booklet with photos of the stars
and cars that defined the Formula One action in that
time period. The Photo CD includes 96 images of racing,
riders, engines, cockpits, and vehicles in action as
captured by high speed photography.
2) Ayrton Senna: Winning Run (Y3800)
A bounty of images recount the life and times of the
famous Formula One marquee hero who many called "The
greatest race car driver of all time." Senna died in a
racing accident on May 01, 1994 in the San Marino GP
which lead to a trial against the Williams racing team
who had built and modified Senna's car. The culprit in
Senna's accident was suspected to be the modified
steering column in a trial held in Italy but the
Williams team was acquitted of all charges. A total of
crisp 133 photo-cd images are included in this memorial.
This item may be viewed on a PC, a 3D0, Phillips CDI,
PC-FX or on a Saturn equipped with the Video-CD/Photo-CD
decoder.
