PS2 Espgaluda - New Japanese Import

   After a couple of delays, Espgaluda is finally upon us. Similar to the bonus DVD included inside Arika's DoDonPachi Daioujou, the PS2 version of Espgaluda includes a Replay DVD inside the package which shows godly players winding their way through the game without catching a single bullet. It's impressive stuff to watch but just once, we'd like to see one of these professionals lose a life to vindicate our own mistakes during a game. Y'know, to make sure they're mortal and prone to the same errors that we've made in our shooting forays. The DVD shows players basically becoming one with the game as every oncoming shot is anticipated and masterful skills are on display for less talented warriors to worship and perhaps emulate. All preorders are shipping today and new orders are welcome to ship this afternoon.
 

   Extras added to the PS2 version of Espgaluda include an Arrange mode, a Gallery mode with artwork and some gameplay tweaks. Players may also change a number of in-game options which we'll investigate further today. A full review of the game will be posted to our shop listing within the next 24-48 hours.
