Scrap Heap Scramble - MGS Twin Snakes Error

A like-new copy of Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes for the Japanese Gamecube with a problem - there are two Disk 2s in the packaging. The coloring for each disk is different, as they should be, but Konami's manufacturing facility accidentally omitted Disk 1 from this package and included a second Disk 2. Mistakes are fairly rare in video game land but they're somewhat amusing/interesting when they do occur.
