Scrap Heap Scramble - Dead MVS 6-Slot JAMMA board

We last tested this unit 3-4 years ago. There's a note included with the MV-6 which reads as follows:

"Connected to cab - weird pixel video - games not appearing on screen."

We're in the middle of a move and don't have access to our JAMMA cabinet to fire this thing up so we're going by the note inside the this thing is not working properly. May be used for parts or a weight to keep papers from flying around - it's heavy ironworks and each one weighs about 10 lbs dimensional. Effective cost is about $25 since it'll cost us about $20 to pack/ship with UPS Ground to USA addresses.
