  PC Trio Linker Accessory - New import
   The PC Magic Box was a successful seller but it's been difficult to locate in the market in recent weeks. Manufacturer EMS takes up the slack this week with the Trio Linker which allows Playstation/PS2, Dreamcast, and Gamecube controllers to be used on a PC via USB port. The range of devices supported is fairly extensive - racing wheels, joypads, joysticks, dancing pads, and even Maracas controllers. All preorders are shipping today and new orders are welcome.

 
 

Edward Elric Strap

  NEWS Japanese Mangazine Preview - Part 1

   The August 2004 issue of Monthly Shonen Gan Gan includes a bonus 5cm Edward Elric phone strap as shown to the left. Monthly Shonen Gan Gan is the home of the Full Metal Alchemist manga and includes a number of other serials for voracious readers. NCS expects to stock a few cases of the special issue and preorders are welcome.

   Clamp launches Clamp no Kiseki Official File in September which is a 12 volume mini-series of magazines which celebrate 15 years of Clamp manga. Each issue includes a new cover, analyses, interviews, essays, and many other tidbits related to Clamp's productions. Each issue will include three chess pieces - collect them all for 36 total. The first issue of the magazine looks back at Card Captor Sakura and the chess pieces consist of Sakura (the Queen) and
two Mokona pawns.
 
 

Mahoromatic Crystal

  NEWS Japanese Mangazine Preview - Part 2
   The Mahoromatic manga grinds to a conclusion this September and the limited edition finale features a special cover and a story which wraps up the series. A special bonus Mahoromatic crystal will also be bundled with each manga magazine which features a laser-cut 3-D image of the mechanical maid as she sits within the confines of the crystal. A display base which lights up the crystal with a 4-color LED will also be included with the manga and crystal.

Next up, the Sakura Kinoshita Illustrations - Romeo e Julietta book collects dozens of monochrome artwork from the Detective Loki Ragnarok manga as selected by the artist.  Commentary for each illustration is also entered by the artist for elucidation. Ships in late July.
