   In SF3, familiar faces such as Ken, Ryu, and Chun-Li are joined by newer fighters such as karate master Makato, the Iori-ish Remy, Q - the man behind the iron mask, and Twelve - a robot capable of giving the Terminator-1000 a run for its money. Select a fighter from nineteen possible combatants, choose super moves, and battle through the ranks for the title of World Champion. For connoisseurs with their own vision of the perfect fighting system, Capcom grafts the "System Direction" option in 3rd Strike where players may enable/disable various moves and tweak the gameplay to their liking.
   Preorders for the regular edition of 3rd Strike are shipping today. Preorders for the limited edition are expected to ship on Thursday of this week.

   With the recent Beatmania IIDX 7th Style causing a ruckus amongst the Bemani crowd, Konami plans another re-release of the Beatmania DJ Controller. Use the controller with the lineup of Playstation 2 Beatmania IIDX games from 3rd Mix all the way up to 7th Style. The IIDX DJ deck is also compatible with the Playstation 1 and it's assortment of Beatmania variants such as Dreams Come True, the Club Mixes, and Best Hits. The turntable is of high quality and the buttons are larger than the ones found on the original DJ deck. Seven buttons also increase the expanse that you must cover when pounding out a rhythmic beat. Preorders ship on August 6, 2004.
