TOY DOA Ultimate Gashapon
  TOYS Dead or Alive Ultimate Gashapon - New Import
   Bandai and Tecmo apparently have a good thing on their hands and release a new collection of Dead or Alive capsules toys this week to coincide with the Japanese release of DOA Ultimate. There are five standard figures which all measure approximately 5" tall but a special Kasumi variant dressed in a santa costume was also randomly packaged in the factory bags. From the left to right, the gals are: Ayane, Kasumi (regular), Tina (sitting), Leifang, Kasumi (santa), and Helena. Since we try to peddle complete sets whenever possible, we've gathered together all six figures and are selling them for US$20/set. All preorders ship today and new orders are welcome.
 
 

TOY Famicom Storage Cases

  TOYS Famicom Storage Cases - New Import
   Banpresto takes full advantage of their Famicom franchising license and launches yet another product this week. Dubbed Nintendo Famicom Cassette Type Case in Box when we started accepting preorders this past July, we're renaming them Famicom Storage Cases for simplicity's sake. The new product features fourteen replica Famicom cartridges with original label artwork and perfect cartridge shape/design. The retro games revisited are as follows: Super Mario Bros, Super Mario 3, Dr Mario, Excite Bike, Urban Champ, Ice Climber, Clu Clu Land, Legend of Zelda, Duck Hunt, Devil World, Donkey Kong, Balloon Fight, and Wrecking Crew. The cases measure 11cm and flip open to hold small trinkets inside.
 
 

TOY Tatacon Sound Game
  TOYS Tatacon Sound Game - New Import
   Tap your fingers to activate the Tatacon sound game which features a little barrel-shaped Tatacon beast which sits on a sound sensing platform. Listen carefully as the Tatacon starts the game by moving its arms and sounding out a few taps. Once Tatacon finishes a series of beats, it will bellow out "DOH!" and with that instruction, one must replicate the taps in perfect rhythm. If you mimic successfully, Tatacon-boy will continue the game with a new sequence of beats which one recreates in order to play further. The first few beats are simple but gradually increase in difficulty in a Simon-Says sort of interactive game. Another mode is a game where Tatacon mimics your taps.
 
 

XBX Street Fighter Anniversary

  ETC Street Fighter Anniversary Collection - Region Free
   NCS has restocked our final batch of XBX SF Anniversary Collection today and all backorders are shipping. Just to make sure that the game was from the first printing and would still work on a normal USA Xbox, we slashed one open and booted it up without any problems. Ryu was kung-fu fighting.
   Capcom has now recalled the game in Japan and the future printing will be region encoded.
