NDS Egg Monster Hero - New Import

The Prince of the Almamoon Kingdom has gotten too comfortable with life and Sebastian, the court adviser spirits the prince away to a land where beasts and malcontents roam freely. To get into fighting shape for future battles, the prince must marshal soldiers and monsters in "Scratch Battles" where the NDS stylus is used to literally scratch at the screen in an effort to do damage to opposing armies. Fans of Hanjuku Heroes games will recognize the battle format where two roaming armies surround a general and battle on a cramped screen. Attacks consist of pouncing upon even other with each attack sending the other army bouncing. With each attack, the soldiers of the opposing army slowly dwindle until the larger remaining army eventually captures the general. It's all the same here except the stylus is the means of attack with quick strokes to delegate attack moves and direction.

New to the Nintendo DS version are monsters which may be hatched from eggs which do battle on behalf of your armies. A large variety of beasts may be collected and used but opposing armies may also call upon monsters to do battle against your armies. When two monsters face off, the stylus is used to indicate the body part of the enemy monster to attack and your beast will snarl and aim for the targeted hunk of flesh.
