POKéPARK is the world first theme park based on
the wonderful world of the internationally popular
Pokémon characters. There will be more than 380
Pokémon characters in the park. POKéPARK will
feature 12 attractions such as Pikachu Forest, where
kids can enjoy riding on the back of Pikachus
through the forest, the Pokémon Merry-Go-Round and
the Pokémon Giant Ferris Wheel as well as arcade
games, stage events, shops and cafes.
POKéPARK will welcome visitors both from Japan as
well as all over the world and add to the excitement
of the 2005 World Exposition, Aichi, Japan, opening
up an exciting new world of possibilities for
visitors to fully enjoy being with the Pokémon.
To commemorate the magic of
POKéPARK which will only be in operation from March
18 through September 25, Nintendo releases a limited
edition POKéPARK Nintendo DS which is colored a
royal blue hue. The Park logo is printed on the lid
and a little Poke-silhouette shows up inside. All
preorders are shipping today at US$225. New orders
are welcome.
Japanese Nintendo DS
Please note that this item is the Japanese version
of the Nintendo DS handheld. The language setting
may be switched to English which will also change
the built-in Picto-Chat software to English. USA and
Japanese Nintendo DS users may also Picto-Chat with
each other without any concerns.
The Japanese NDS will play USA Nintendo DS and
Gameboy Advance games without any incompatibility
problems. Please note however that older Gameboy and
Gameboy Color games are not compatible with the
Nintendo DS.
Japan policy
Please note that dead pixel(s) may be present on
Nintendo DS screens but we are not able to return
Nintendo DS units to Japan for exchange. You
understand and accept this condition when purchasing
a Nintendo DS. |
