 NEWS Import Outlook - Arrivals on Wednesday-Thursday
   It's a busy week on the Japanese gaming front with 27 releases arriving in a few days. The presales leader is Mushihime-sama Limited Edition followed by King of Fighters NeoWave. Despite the relatively high cost, the Oretachi Game Center re-releases are doing well along with Namco's 50th Anniversary Collection of retro software.
   The fixed version of World Rally Championship 4 is also due this week.

 NEWS USA Release Outlook - Arrivals on Wed-Thurs
   New releases on the USA front are paltry compared to the action over in Japan but Nanostray might be a worthwhile shooter on the Nintendo DS. Nanostray is from Shin'en who also designed Iridion on the GBA.
  
   Colosseum: Road to Freedom is the USA localization of a Japanese import that shipped earlier in the year. Play the part of a slave who becomes a sword swinging  gladiator in ancient Rome.

Advent Children UMD
   After weeks of waiting on PSP Final Fantasy VII Advent Children preorders, distributors in Japan have now started accepting reservations for the UMD-based edition of Advent Children. In addition to the movie, the PSP UMD will include a sampling of battle theme BGMs as an added bonus which are not included in the DVD version of the movie. Pricing is set at Y4800 and NCS expects to ship preorders on September 14, 2005. 
Nintendo DS Gyakuten Saiban
   Capcom has started preorders for a regular and limited edition of Gyakuten Saiban 3 which ships on September 15. The Limited Edition of the game includes the following bonus items:

• Ryuichi Naruhodo trading card
• Gyakuten Saiban Soundtrack CD
• Keychain ornament which is shaped like a hand with blue cuffs
• Black cellphone strap with Gyakuten Saiban logo attachment 

Capcom also plans to release the game in the USA under the title of "Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney" on November 15. Preorders for all three versions are welcome today.
Hori Accessories for PSP
   Japanese manufacturer Hori has announced two new PSP accessories which ship on August 25. The first accessory is dubbed the "Face Guide Portable" which is basically a flip-top lid which bolts onto the top of the PSP and flips down to protect the PSP's face. The second accessory is the "Filter Portable Plus" which is an enhanced version of the earlier Screen Filter.
