GBA Shin Bokura no Taiyou: Gyakushuu no Sabat - New Import
Immortals are on the rise once again and it's up to Django and Sabata to quell the undead outbreak. Djongo may transform into Sol-Jango which is a solar powered incarnation with flaming hair and a pointy horn where he whirls around like a dervish to impart damage on bosses and underlings. Sol-Jango can also attack foes by leaping onto them. The action runs similarly to previous Bokura no Taiyou (Boktai) with the game viewed from an overhead isometric perspective and Django's energy level is determined by the sun sensor built into the cartridge. Since the difficult puzzles in the previous Bokura no Taiyou were a point of contention amongst fans, Konami has elected to dumb down the puzzles and focus more on the action.    In a new extension to the adventure game, Jango hops on a motorbike and shoot balls of sun power at objects to destroy them in side scrolling action. A speed meter on the upper left part of the screen keeps track of the velocity along with the other meters for HP, ENE, and SUN. Ramps that are spaced through the course may be charged onto and jumped from to clear obstacles and for theatrics. Undead riders also muscle for rank and lob red bombs to attempt to dislodge Jango from his ride. Once the goal is reached, Jango speeds off to more sun loving fun. The bike may be upgraded with speed boosters, new colors including yellow or purple, and powerful missiles which launch from dual side canisters. As new parts are shopped for, the additions are depicted on a window which shows gear being bolted on as they are toggled from a selection of upgrades. Konami touts over 30,000 possible combinations that may be fitted onto a bike.
