   Idea Factory has started preorders for their next simulation-RPG called Rebirth Moon. Players take control of a red-haired mercenary who teams up with fellow cast members in missions which are dispensed through an online network of job postings, information, and rumors. When a mission is selected, the mercenary team is dispatched where a tactical battle takes place followed by a cinematic cut scene which draws the story along. The wrinkle in Rebirth Moon is a mysterious object called CUBE which was excavated 23 years ago and is capable of creating powerful weaponry.

   Two versions of Rebirth Moon are scheduled for sale on October 20: a regular edition and a limited edition package which includes a bonus soundtrack CD, character trading cards, and an art booklet. The lead characters in Rebirth look like this when they're breathing hard:

 NEWS General Updates
   Fighting powerhouse Kanu Unchou of IkkiTousen animation fame is a walking model of fan service inclinations. Her shirt appears to be regulation issue except someone chopped the bottom half so that the lower portion of her breasts poke out... prodigiously. With her midriff bare, a blue skirt barely covers anything with it's undulating design. Originally released in 2004, Yamato will reissue the SIFEX IkkiTousen Kanu Unchou prepainted figure in September at a price of Y4200 or US$39 from NCS.
   Japanaese manufacturer Aoshima has started preorders for a limited edition, diecast metal Aliens United Colonial Marine Corps UD-4 'Cheyenne' Dropship, one of which was seen tilting, wobbling, and then crashing in a fireball in the Aliens movie. The production of the assembled 35cm UD-4 dropship is limited to only 500 units with a ship date in mid-late October 2005.
