TOYS Dragon Quest VIII Play Arts Figures  - Preorder
Kotobukiya has started preorders for polyvinyl chloride DQVIII figures that are non-scale but measure approximately 8" tall from top to toe. The four characters featured are: Hero in yellow jumpsuit, Jessica in red dress, the brawny Yangus who wears pantaloons and wields an axe, and Kukule in thigh high boots who holds a sword while its scabbard is attached to his hip. The limbs of each figure are posable and little accessories are included with each toy which may be affixed or held.    Kotobukiya is supplying the figures in awkward ratios with Yangus and Kukule being rarer than the Hero and Jessica in every factory case of toys. Preorders are welcome today for delivery in mid-late October 2005. Pricing is set at Y3800 or US$39 per figure.
