Naruto Kigurumi Plush / Shipping March 2006
   Naruto and friends engage in an extreme form of cosplay known as kigurumi (costume mascot) where the ninja garb themselves in animal costumes complete with collars, ears that poke out of their hair, whiskers, and padded paws. Decorated bibs also appear to be in place... or maybe they're just tufts of animal fur on the front of their bellies. The figures measure 16cm or 6.29" tall and are made of cushiony plush material with flaps of felt material for the hair. Preorders are welcome today to ship in March 2006. Banpresto will close vendor preorders on October 16.
Naruto Shabon Dama / Shipping March 2006
   Banpresto is accepting preorders for Naruto Shabon Dama (soap bubble) neck straps which are connected to one of four possible miniature Naruto figures and a little vial. Inserted into the vial is a mini bubble wand which may be withdrawn and then waved through the air to create shimmering soap bubbles. The old fashioned blowing method will also work to create bubbles. The product solicitation doesn't specify if the vials will already be filled with soapy liquid but we're guessing they won't since it would add a tremendous amount of weight to the factory container. Little bottles of liquid would also open up the possibility of breakage during shipping. Preorders will ship in March 2006. Banpresto closes vendor preorders on October 16. 
Nintendo DS Voice Recorder / Shipping March 2006
   In a particularly useless product offering, Banpresto has opened up preorders for a voice recorder that's shaped and sized like a Nintendo DS unit. Press a button and the NDS clone samples a few minutes of audio. It's unclear why the voice recorder had to be shaped like a Nintendo DS but we're guessing that no international spies will be using it to tape secrets. Three colors are on offer - Silver, Aquamarine, and Pink. Preorders will ship in March 2006 and Banpresto will close vendor preorders on October 16.
