   Most import shipments are scheduled to arrive on Wednesday and any late releases in Japan will arrive by Thursday or Friday. Please note that  PS2 Langrisser III was listed on our shipment invoices but it may be delayed.  PS2 Fuuuraiki 2 has been delayed to November 10.  NEWS Domestic Schedule - Arrivals on Tuesday-Thursday
   We normally don't stock USA guidebooks but there's books for Nintendogs, Quake 4 (Xbox 26), Wild Arms Alter Code F, GTA Liberty Stories, and Castlevania: Curse of Darkness being released this week. We might pick up The Warriors book to learn more about the tagging (bombing) level in the game where Rembrandt tags up Destroyers' graffiti with a big, red "W." Fans of Rockstar's Manhunt may find many solace in the Warriors game, especially during the night levels.
   The Taito Legends compilation for PS2/XBX includes 29 classics such as Operation Wolf, Rainbow Islands, Volfied, Jungle Hunt, and Elevator Action for a very reasonable $20. If it was released in Japan, it would be priced at $50+ per the Taito Memories releases from earlier this year.

   Sony has started preorders for a Satin Silver variant of the slim PS2 console which ships on November 23, 2005. Along with the shiny new console, the package will include a satin silver Dual Shock 2 which seems to shimmer when the light hits it. Or something like that. The usual assortment of cables, cords, and printed material will be included.
   Pricing is listed as "Open Price" which means it is open to change by the time it ships but we're guessing it will fall within the boundaries of the Ceramic and Black slim PS2s. Preorders are welcome starting today for delivery on Nov. 24 (Thursday) from NCS.

 PSP Giga Pack - Preorder
   Preorders are welcome for Sony's new PSP Giga Pack bundles which will be available in black PSP or ceramic white PSP variants. The measly 32M Memory Stick Duo has been replaced by a 1GB Duo Pro and new additions to the standard Value Pack accessories include a USB cable and a transparent PSP stand. The stand is useful when you're sitting at a table. Instead of holding the PSP up to your face, plant it on the stand, rest your hands on the table and play. Preorders are welcome starting today at US$329 for the black or ceramic white version. Preorders will ship on November 17, 2003.

 NEWS Hurricane hits Florida - Update 12:26PM EST
   Our old shop server is located in Miami, Florida. Hurricane Wilma just hit it a few minutes ago and our shop was disconnected from the internet. We watched the connection go dead as we were uploading this week's updates. We can imagine the server is now flying through the air or waterlogged at the moment. The shop might be back today but we can't really be sure. Due to this problem, the preorder links for the PSP Giga Pack and PS2 Satin Silver are now dead. Email preorders are welcome however. We have re-linked most of this week's new games to the new shop.
