GC Bokujou Monogatari World JPN

GC Bokujou Monogatari: Shiawase no Uta for World - New
As if the life of a farmer wasn't enough of a chore, the latest Harvest Moon game throws all of the usual farm problems at the player and an ambitious arch-rival named Rion. The rival competes for the sale of produce, total shipments made, and Happiness Music Notes (to revive the Harvest Goddess). It's enough to turn gentlemen farmers into conniving jackals. Sadly, there's still no futures market for commodity price hedging and speculation but perhaps in the next Harvest Moon... Players may choose to play as a male or female farmer at the outset of the game.
Once settled on the farm, Ellen will pay a visit and give the player a dog as a gift. In addition to a dog, the player may also bring a well-mannered pig into the house as a second pet. There's a large assortment of seeds to sow and a useful tactic is to water the soil before planting which will make seeds sprout and grow faster. The pre-watering also somehow increases the sale price of the produce when its time to harvest and ship to market.
Please note this game is an enhancement of the original Shiawase no Shi. New features include the ability to marry Rion if you can get along with her and convince her that you really can revive the Harvest Goddess, a new festival, and all of the glitches (lock-ups, time stop, fishing glitch, etc) that were present in the original release have now been fixed.

To unleash her full creative animus, the heroine sets out to conquer 20 mini-games which build up her artistic credentials, skills, and equipment. Games include basketball, catching items thrown by three busy artists, matching puzzle games, and many more. When it's time to create manga, the NDS stylus is used to create mini-comics which may or may not make any sense. It's up to you and for your own bemusement and for anyone whom you share the manga with. A set of art tools are used for squiggly lines, circles, squares, and even <more>

The oddly apportioned creatures use 56 possible fortune telling disciplines which may or may not all converge at the same conclusion.

There are no far reaching goals, no conflict to overcome, no plot vehicle and no story arc. None of that. In Fukufuku no Shima, a participant enters his/her name, date of birth, blood type, and sex. Once the program has your background information, it creates a profile based on astrology. A little representative is also create who moves around the island. Based on your date of birth, the software then proceeds to map out how future days will unfold.  In addition to divining one's future, the game also develops a psychological profile of the player and lists your state of mind on a particular date when queried.
