   ŠNCS: Lead legions of soldiers into battle against opposing armies and destroy the competition in hard, fast, and vicious 3D action. Swing a sword and a hundred foes may be dropped. At the outset of the game, the party consists only of a beastman with the head of a lion-like creature and a maiden in a red dress.    ŠNCS: Idea Factory stays true to the genre that made its fortune and ships another simulation-RPG called Rebirth Moon. Players take control of a red-haired mercenary who teams up with fellow cast members in missions which are dispensed through an online network of job postings, information, and rumors. When a mission is selected, the mercenary team is dispatched where a tactical battle takes place followed by a cinematic cut scene which draws the story along. The wrinkle in Rebirth Moon is a mysterious object called CUBE which was excavated 23 years ago and is capable of creating powerful weaponry. Battles are fought on isometric battlefields where the camera rotates around the action as characters jump and hack creatures or launch magical blasts at creatures. The characters appear fairly large on screen compared to the smaller hero depiction in games such as Disgaea or Phantom Brave. Since a wide variety of weaponry may be crafted, some outlandish and exotic swords and bladed hackers may be used against foes. After smacking a foe, the damage dealt will be shown in a number that floats upwards. To move the story along, fully animated sequences relay the tale.
  A limited edition package is also available today which includes a bonus soundtrack CD, character trading cards, and an art booklet.

   ŠNCS: Sturdy, solid, and a little imposing, the Soul Calibur III joystick from Hori uses the same form factor and construction quality of previous Hori Real Arcade Pro joysticks. The lollipop joystick clicks up a storm when wagged and the springy buttons give tapping fingers both resistance and a satisfying response when pushed. The cord is lengthy and more than adequate for most game rooms. The distinguishing feature of this joystick over other RAPs is the glossy Soul Calibur III logo and artwork on the top of the stick.

   ŠNCS: Rockman moves to Saiba City, following his father who's job has taken him to the new metropolis. Once there and situated in a new school, Rockman makes new friends and soon hears chatter about two mighty network monsters who have been unleashed on the net. Although they were imprisoned, some hack or glitch in the system has allowed them to escape. Falzer is a winged creature while Greiga looks like a werewolf with a golden star affixed to its forehead. The two versions of Rockman EXE6 center around the two network monsters and feature either beast as the end game opponent.
   New Navis featured in Rockman EXE 6 include Blastman, Chargeman, ElecMan, Heatman, KillerMan, and SlashMan. A new system called Cross System makes its debut in the game along with Crossover Battles. Chip folder rules have also been updated where up to five chips of the same type may be inserted in a folder. For example, if each chip is under 19MB each, five of them will fit into a folder. If the chip is 50MB and up however, only 1 chip will fit inside the folder. Chips may also be tagged or linked together.

   ŠNCS: Professional mahjong players are like professional card sharks. It's possible to make a living at playing mahjong by using innate skills to relieve opponents of their salaries and savings. There's a Professional Mahjong League in Japan where players may receive mahjong certification. In the NDS game, the player may engage true-to-life professional mahjong players in rousing games where suit creation, luck, and skill are all factors to winning. For gamers who are new to MJ, there is a practice mode where a professional player provides a guide to how the game is played and which tiles should be thrown or kept to build groups of suits. A reference guide may also be accessed which shows the various tiles used in the game.

If you're a collector who obsesses on material things, you may create a shrine devoted to colorful hats of all types. For fans of the original Animal Crossing, many familiar faces return along with a bunch of new creatures to add to more color to the gaming experience. Up to four gamers may live the life of Animal Crossing at once by linking wirelessly for cooperative village life.

   ŠNCS: Atlus discards the big-nosed snowboarding kids from the Playstation original and goes with a group of more traditional looking shredders. Take control of a boarder and hit the slopes to perform wicked aerials, spins, and other death defying tricks at breakneck speed. As stunts are performed, the Trick Meter will fill up which eventually unlocks new moves. The top DS screen displays all of the snowboarding action while the bottom screen shown the incline of the mountain as well as positioning of each boarder as they motor down the slope. If an adversary pulls ahead, it's possible to use attacks to knock an ambitious opponent out of contention... if only for a few seconds.
   Up to four gamers may link up to participate in the raucous action and select from 8 possible contenders.
