   Each plush measures roughly 6" tall and approximately 6" wide when measured from hand to hand.

   ŠNCS: Log in to a virtual world and lead a party of three warriors who explore the land and battle enemy grunts in real time action. Players who have no intention of going online may play the game offline although the full experience of .hack // fragment is gained through the online mode which only requires a broadband connection. The year is 2017 and the MMORPG known as The World has been overrun by hackers and malcontents who roam the virtual world simply to destroy legitimate players.    ŠNCS: Leon Kennedy sits in the back seat of a vehicle as it speeds through a forlorn looking road somewhere in Europe. In the front seat, two local policemen banter a bit as they motor towards their destination. Leon has been given an assignment to locate the President's daughter who has been kidnapped. Unsure of what awaits him, Leon carries a gun as well as a communication device to receive intel from a fellow agent named Ingrid Hunnigan. Once Leon reaches the target village, gamers will notice that the police aren't too anxious to investigate with him. That should be the first clue that something is amiss. PS2 Homura JPN
 PS2 Homura - New Import
   ŠNCS: Countless games have been set during the Warring States period of Japan when clans fought for control of the entire country. Taito's vertical shooter Homura is also set in the fractious period with but the historic backdrop is secondary to the shooting action which is reminiscent of Psikyo's Sengoku Blade where the hero is capable of blasting shots and attacking with a sword. The original arcade hardware was based on a Taito Type X which sports a Celeron running at 2.5GHz and pipes video through a stock AGP Radeon 9200SE with 128MB of onboard ram. Overkill specs for a 2-D vertical shooter? Absolutely... but Homura shows no slowdown despite the amount of enemies and shots that roll, rotate, and swirl on screen. Even on the PS2 conversion, there's no slowdown for an excellent home conversion of the coin-op original.
   The game mechanics are fairly routine with players controlling a hero who battles wicked generals who all morph into mighty demonic alter-egos. The "O" or "SQUARE" button blows out shots while the "X" or "TRIANGLE" button swings a sword.  PS2 Kenka Banchou [The Best] - New Import
   ŠNCS: School toughs strut, swagger, and punch... in that order, in Spike's cel-shaded 3-D action game where Japanese wannabe gangsters engage in a street spanning school vs school war. A big pompadour bolstered by copious amounts of hairspray and pomade gives the aspiring gang leader Yasuo a distinctive Arthur "Sit On It" Fonzarelli-esque profile. As the story goes, a new and powerful gang has begun to assert its power amongst the high schools in the area by way of brute force. Yasuo challenges the gang with a medley of over 100 attacks and special moves that range from punches, kicks, and even swinging hoods by their heels. <more>
 
 

PS2 Yoshitsuneki JPN
 PS2 Yoshitsuneki - New Import
   ŠNCS: Set against the tumultuous backdrop of the Genji vs Heiki clan war, players take control of a sword wielding maiden who teams up with up to four like-minded warriors in a quest that is slowly revealed through cinematic interaction sequences and rescue missions. Players assert control over the maiden at all times during the slashing action but an accompanying cohort may be prompted to attack with a single button press. Although four warriors with different fighting skills are met throughout the game, only one partner may fight alongside her at any time. The first helper is a white-haired, blue armored warrior who swings a mean sword but must be prompted into battle before he'll spring into action. View NCS Game Notes.
