PLEASE READ: The NEW SHOP is separate and distinct from the OLD SHOP. If you place an order on the OLD SHOP, you will not be able to use the NEW SHOP to check on your order and vice versa. Unfortunately, we were not able to resolve the two shop databases in order to transfer customer histories and accounts. Both shops are fully operational and capable of taking orders.

 ETC General Updates
Snow Fall NYC

We dodged snow earlier this week but got hit this morning. It's not too bad so far and none of our import flights were affected. All of today's expected import shipments are still scheduled to be delivered this afternoon.
The roads are a mess due to continuing snowfall, drivers who still roll at 70mph despite the slush and ice, and general traffic congestion. UPS will take a little longer than normal to deliver today's shipments but their drivers are out on the roads and making drops. We expect to ship all backorders for PS2 Ryu Ga Gotoku today. Please note that restock of Rogue Galaxy is scheduled to arrive next week.
Pink Nintendo DS
We've sold out of the Pink NDS since last week. Additional restock is scheduled for next week (possibly) according to suppliers. Please note that there is big demand at the moment for this NDS color variant and we will threaten, cajole, and needle our suppliers in Japan incessantly until they fill our orders.
Postal Service Update
During the holiday season, shipping volumes spike up and the mass of packages and letters flowing through the Postal System can slow the transit of all packages. If you reside in Europe, please allow additional days for the delivery of Global Priority Mail packages as well as Express Mail packages. We have also noticed slower transit/delivery for packages shipped to Australia, New Zealand, and countries in Asia. Express Mail shipments to Japan however are on schedule and usually only take 2 days to arrive.
Xbox 360 Japan
We don't have any problems with the Xbox 360 console that we're using for demos and testing. None. We're aware of the reports of X360 systems freezing and exhibiting "screens of death." The issue appears to stem from poor ventilation of the power brick that supplies juice to the X360. While we cannot foresee how the issue will play out when the X360 launches in Japan tomorrow, we'll post the advice of "Ventilate Your Power Brick" on the Japanese message boards if and when complaints arise.
