New features in the Gameboy Advance version of FFIV include Wonderswan Color quality graphics and character sprites. Two new dungeons, a special dungeon for power-leveling characters, and a rich soundtrack also conspire to add value to the GBA conversion. During interactions, character portraits appear during the dialogue screens for a more personal feel. As a bonus, the manual features classic artwork of the characters as illustrated by Yoshitaka Amano.

On the back of the unit, an imprint which reads "Finest Fantasy for Advance" is positioned directly above the Gameboy Micro text. All in all, a nifty addition to any Final Fantasy fan's shrine.

Two buttons are crafted into the back of its body along with a scroll wheel. The mouse is an 800dpi optical input device and has a lengthy 1.2m (47.24") USB cable.
   We're not sure why these were so expensive (Y6090 @ Horistore) but the construction quality is solid and non-creaky. Creaky=bad. Non-creaky=good.

   ©NCSX▪ Take control of a craft as piloted by Hal, Ifumi, or Jinn and twitch through mazes of shots, lasers, and big blobs. A defense mechanism that swishes in front of the ship serves to wipe away oncoming fire when your maneuvering skills aren't up to snuff. Standard firepower (vulcan / lasers / electric bursts depending on the hero) is available to shoot straight ahead while hunting lasers tracks down enemy shots. Another wrinkle in Chaos Field is the use of an "Order Field" and a "Chaos Field" System which changes the pacing of the game on the fly. Pilot the ship through five levels each with three stages within. New to the PS2 version is a special Challenge Mode where the goal is the highest score within a limited amount of time.

   The limited edition of D.C.F.S. includes a bonus image DVD which features a special animated episode of Da Capo Second Season. The second bonus is a 365-day calendar for 2006 which features the gals of D.C.F.S. Since the calendar is thick and heavy, the box weighs about 2 lbs and everything is packaged inside a hefty cardboard container.
