«©NCSX» Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles are walking and tracking a signal when a few riders on boards burst out of the side of a building. Tails points and says the signal is coming from them and Sonic and Knuckles give chase. Sonic manages to knock one of the riders from its board and climbs aboard to chase a green bird. Just when it looks like the pursuit is over, the bird sails over Sonic and dislodges him with a burst of air turbulence. Recovering from his tumble, Sonic is joined by his companions when Eggman appears on a big telescreen. Eggman announces the "EX World Grand Prix" to determine who's the best and fastest with Extreme gear and stipulates an entry fee of 1 Chaos Emerald. The winner of the Grand Prix takes it all... Unable to resist, Sonic and friends join in and race against other riders. Once a race starts, the competitors jet away in rapid fashion as the boards roar to life and speed away. Handle the left and right movement of the board to accommodate the tracks as they undulate, swerve, and careen to foil racers. A speed boost may be triggered but using it drops your board's supply of air fuel quickly. To refill, pit stops dotted on the track may be used to replenish your board's air supply but precious time is used up. Additional <more>

PS2 Full House Kiss 2 JPN

PS2 Full House Kiss 2 - New Import

«©NCSX» In the first Full House Kiss game from 2004, tragic circumstances took away the protagonist's parents and her old sister went missing. A little bit of sleuthing brought her to a boarding school where she became a housekeeper in order to gather clues and intelligence. All ended well however when the heroine eventually learned that her sister had gone to England with a beau.
In the second Full House Kiss game, girls get to play housekeeper once again in a dormitory full of boys. Similar to the first game, the gist is to interact with handsome youth, learn their personalities, and pick a guy who might be the one. Along with unfettered interaction sequences, mini-games may also be played which help move the story along and perhaps even engender love between the protagonist and a lad.
Angst filled male characters in the game include a charming youth who's father is the CEO of a large international conglomerate, another who comes from a family of renowned Kabuki performers, and still another who is being groomed to become a banker like dad.
Since you're basically a maid, you check your work hours on a schedule and you'll be asked to perform additional tasks or run errands while

Played in character interaction episodes and strategic battles, Galaxy Angel requires the player to increase rapport with team mates in order to increase fighting efficacy and performance. PS2 Sengoku Musou 2 JPN

 PS2 Sengoku Musou 2 - New Import

«©NCSX» Warring States are raging once again as powerful heroes and their contingents mass for all out war. Upon starting a mission, the area map and objectives are laid out along with opposing heroes that are in play. Moves may be checked out and the game advises on the use of combos and special attacks which are triggered by hitting R1 + SQUARE or R1 + TRIANGLE. Old hands to the Musou games will find the format familiar: rush into battle with fellow soldiers and chop away at the opposition who stand around with their weapons drawn. Strangely, many of them don't press the attack and appear to be gawking at your slashing skills as you mow them down in quick succession. Despite the enemy onlooker mentality however, the game is more difficult than previous games. For one, enemy heroes who stand taller than the lowly infantry actively engage and attack with strong thrusts and slices. Catch a few blows from them and half of your health disappears. Cinemas also pepper each level which show bridges being blown up as well as freshly unleashed enemy soldiers joining the battle.
On the main mode select screen, there's an option to play Sengoku Sugoroku which is a board game where a warrior rolls the dice and moves the spaces to trigger events and reach goals.

PSP Gamble Con Fight JPN

PSP Gamble Con Fight - New Import

«©NCSX» Enter the world of illegal fighting and pound opponents into the mat with one of five possible fighting styles - Boxing, Jeet Kune Do, Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, and Wrestling. At the outset of the game, a custom fighter may be created with over 500 unique qualities such as build, hairstyle, facial features, clothing, and even the boot. Gotta have cool boots. Color variants for every body part and piece of clothing are also available to give gamers a wide range of appearances and combinations to choose from.

Once born, the new fighter enters the ring and starts gaining experience as fights are won and combos are thrown out  Depending on the discipline that a fighter is trained in, a bevy of punches, kicks, throws, and combinations thereof may be thrown. Fighters may also duck and dodge oncoming attacks during a bout as well as perform reversals on a flailing opponent. The CON in the title refers to the skullduggery that one may pull off by placing bet against your own fighter and then throwing the match. Betting big against the odds and then churning out a winning fight also guarantees a big payoff. With the additional bankroll, players may purchase items, skills, and combo attacks to heighten one's level of attack. Conning the crowd however isn't always an easy proposition. If you're about to throw a fight in order to win a sum of money and aren't putting up much resistance, the crowd will get rowdy and won't buy your acting job, depriving you of any winnings. Cut scenes thread throughout the game to relay the story and lead the adventure along.

PSP Initial D Street Stage JPN

PSP Initial D Street Stage - New Import

«©NCSX» Sega engineers a portable version of their popular Initial D racing game for the PSP which mimics its big hardware brethren in both visual gloss and speedy action. Whereas the PS2 version of Initial D (Special Stage) was based on the version 2 of the arcade game, PSP owners get one better with version 3. Players roll through the usual courses from the coin-op original such as Myogi (Beginner), Usui (Normal), Akagi (Hard), Akina (Hard), Iroha Slope (Expert), Happogahara (Expert), Shomaru Pass (Expert), and Tsuchisaka Pass (Expert). In the Myogi stage, players get to race three competitors in succession - Iggy and Kenji of the Akina Speed Stars and Shingo of the Myougi Night Kids. After enduring their trash talking, feed them dust by smoking them with expert handling. The next three rivals and the Usui course offers more of a challenge but they're relatively breezy compared to the Hard and Expert courses that await.

A card system is used in Street Stage where a racer wins a card after certain conditions or targets are fulfilled during the course of the game. A card may be a battle card, a rival card, or a tuning card - the former two offer hints on driving and profiles of the racers in the game. A tuning card allows a rocket racer to kick up the specs of his vehicle to boost performance and handling. New to the PSP version of the game are additional Euro-beat music tracks and wireless link-up where 2 players may compete against each other in ad-hoc mode.

PSP Mai-Hime Bakuretsu! JPN

 PS2 Mai-Hime Bakuretsu + Bonus Booklet - New Import

«©NCSX» Mai Tokiha and her brother Takumi are being ferried to Fuuka Academy with other students when Tak spies a floater in the water. Hefting the bulk onto the boat, they find that it's a young girl named Mikoto Minagi who happens to be holding a prodigious ebon sword. Before Takumi can make a move to remove the sword from the girl's hand, it jumps out of the Mikoto's hand and plunges back into the depths. Mai resuscitates the stranger and they bring her to the ship's sick room. Later that evening while the girl is resting, another girl named Natsuki Kuga attacks Mikoto and warns Mai to stay away from Fuuka Academy. The battle ends up sinking the ship and Mai learns that the girls are HiMEs and that she herself is a HiME - Highly-advanced Materializing Equipment. All HiMEs have special powers which grant them superhuman abilities.
The cast of Mai-Hime battle each other in a 3D fighting game where the combatants grapple, slap, and tickle in rough 'n tumble matches. Along with weapon attacks, conventional punches and flying kicks may also be triggered with simple button presses to best the competition. In addition to the fighting, there's also an interaction game with the cast of Mai-Hime and a music based rhythm game where face buttons and triggers are pushed to the cues on screen.
All preorders include a 22-page "Art Works in Mai-HiME" booklet which contains gorgeous renditions of the girls and Takumi on thick and glossy paper. Although Mai, Mikoto, and Natsuki make up a bulk of the illustrations, supporting cast members also appear in a few of the selections.

PSP Monster Kingdom JPN

PSP Monster Kingdom Jewel Summoner - New Import

«©NCSX» Producer Kouji Okada eschews the Shin Megami Tensei demons in his latest project and turns to the themes and routines of traditional RPGs. Kouji heads the development studio dubbed Gaia which developed the game for Sony. In the world of Monster Kingdom, jewels are a source of power which allow civilization to grow and expand. A special class of trained magic users known as Jewel Summoners are capable of rousing monsters who have been crystallized and stored within a gem. The protagonist of Monster Kingdom is a young Summoner named Vice (or Vyse) who gained the ability to call monsters from mama.  With the good that the jewels bring however, monsters also appear in the world and cause all manner of havoc.
Over 100+ monsters are usable in the game which may be collected, crystallized, and leveled up into more powerful creatures. Monsters may also be trained to perform various attacks to increase their abilities.
Battles are fought in attractive side-view sequences where special attacks and effects are shown in billowing fashion with illuminations and crystal graphics. On the lower portion of the screen, there are portraits of the five main characters with their life bars. During interaction sequences, the portraits of the characters are laid over the main action as conversations take place. The graphics are beautifully drawn and as creatures attack, their animations are rendered in fluid motion and captured by the camera. During world exploration, the camera takes in a wide area of the world as hero runs across the world and dungeons.

PSP Mobile Train Simulator JPN

PSP Mobile Train Simulator: Keisei - Toei Asakusa - Keikyuusen

«©NCSX» Ferry harried commuters from station to station so they can meet their appointed rounds and reach their places of employment. Falter in your stewardship of a train and ruin the day for thousands of riders. Perform up to snuff and receive... no gratitude or appreciation. You were, after all, just doing your job.
The development crew used actual footage taken during a train trip for the sequences in the game for a photo-realistic interpretation of what you'd see if you were a conductor. Superimposed on the right side of the screen are the time, your speed in km/h, your Max speed, distance to next stop, and your percentage performance meter. A meter on lower left corner of the screen keeps track of your speed in graphical form in case the action becomes too hot for you to sneak a peek at the numbers on the side. If you've never been to Japan, the train ride as seen through conductor's eyes is an excellent introduction to the neighborhoods and sights in Japan that you'd otherwise never see.
Train conducting takes discipline and attention to detail. If you botch too much of the train ride, a somber end game screen appears which features a shadowy railroad crossing accompanied by tragic music.
For those who can't conduct, there's a SCHOOL MODE where the player may enter a Training session for reading signals and ATS, ATS B-points, and braking. The game calls it "Breaking" but sic that. When braking into a station, the train will slowly creep to a crawl. Keep an eye on
