Game Synopsis

Everyone
eats. Some eat better than others but in the end,
it's all protein, carbohydrates, lipids, and 9mg of
rodent droppings in every 450g of grain as allowed by the
USDA. Enter Cooking Mama, a cheerful frau who wears
a pink bonnet and cooks up a storm. Mademoiselle slices, she
dices, she tenderizes, and more. In short, she does
it all and you're the sort of virtual kitchen helper who
would do well to guide her to tossing together tasty
meals of every type.
When presented with a big ol' onion, Cooking Mama
splits it in half with a single chop and then
proceeds to mince each half into onion bits that
are suitable for frying and used as garnish. When
pork appears, smack it with a mallet by tapping the
stylus so that the meat is tenderized. Similarly,
potatoes are crushed into bits with the stylus and
hamburger patties are fried by flipping them on a
pan. Other foods include prawns that are deep fried,
slivers of pork and cabbage that are stir fried, and
various dishes that are created from base ingredients.
Some examples of dishes:
Curry cutlet - a mouthwatering filet with a
delicious topping of curry sauce
Hamburger spaghetti - Exactly as it sounds, a
hamburger patty atop a dish of spaghetti with an egg
on top of the hamburger. That's good eatin'.
Creamy Noodle - Tender noodles with a dollop
of cream sauce.
Cooking Mama not only cooks the food but she arranges it
nicely on a plate. For example, a round filet of
beef may be plopped in the middle of a dish followed
by sprigs of vegetable matter that are positioned around it.
Some of the sprigs may be carrots or French fries.
Overall, Cooking Mama is an entertaining game that
may attract gamers who enjoy the intricacies of
virtual cooking and kitchen work.
