Synopsis
«©NCSX»
Sports game franchises are an annual event. Like
clockwork, EA ships a new Madden every year and
Konami ships at least one Winning Eleven per annum.
In the case of the latter, it's that time again. The
tenth realization of Konami's Winning Eleven game
features the following:
» National teams from Argentina, Australia,
England, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden
join the game roster with their distinctive uniforms
and professional players.
» Bavern Munich, Copenhagen, and Rosenburg
are new club team licenses to the Winning Eleven
fold.
» Fewer foul calls from the referees. We
played entire matches this morning without getting
yellow or red carded once.
» Faster movement of play for a quicker feel
of sorts as players ramble around the soccer field.
The refined control feels as solid as always with
beautifully animated players as they run, swerve,
kick, and thunder after the ball. View the usual
tics and double steps of natural human movement as
the ruffians perform crowd pleasing antics.
» New International Challenge Mode where a
national team faces competitors from around the
globe and battle each other for the World Cup
» Catchy main theme song dubbed, "Win and
Shine" by Ukatrats FC.
» Online play is not supported.
» Every copy of the game is bundled with a
glossy 81-page Winning Eleven 10 play guide with
information on game modes, team information, soccer
techniques, and even a page on the commentator,
announcer, and reporter. |
