NDS Chain Puzzle Trion Cube - New Import, Ships Today
NCS Game Synopsis
«©NCSX» Inspired by Tetris but deviating from that game's method of attack, Chain Puzzle Trion Cube features falling blocks that must be arranged in groups of 3 x 3 blocks. Nothing else will do. Five types of blocks serve as the basic construction material to create the 3 x 3 cubes. As the block pieces fall, rotate them left or right to fit them with the blocks already on ground level. In the early levels, a cursor will appear on the bottom blocks if a match can be made with a piece that's falling. As 3 x 3 groupings are assembled below, they may be chained with falling blocks consecutively as long as a new 3 x 3 construction is created.

NCS Game Notes
» After creating a combo, the 3 x 3 mass stays on screen, waiting for more potential combo creation. If no more combos are created that adhere to the first combo, the blocks turn into coins which fly off the screen with a jingling sound.

» Combos can be linked to part of a conglomeration below as long as the new piece added to the conglomeration makes a new 3 x 3 square area. Even a single block of a new falling part may be used to create a new 3 x 3 square as long as the arrangement is there.

» By creating combos and subsequent linkages, the entire screen can be made into contiguous parts of a chain until it reaches the top. Then you can throw a piece anywhere and all of the blocks will turn into coins for mass bonus points.

» Based on our quick play through this morning, the goal of creating block combinations is to move a waddling blue penguin across a line.
