NCS Product Synopsis
 «©NCS» When Omron released the Viaggio ME56PS2 modem on March 29, 2001, there was only one game that supported online functionality - Armored Core 2: Another Age. In the ensuing years, two more games were added to the online capable roster - Age of Empires II and Battle Gear 3. Pickings were scarce until the Multi-Matching BB compatible games from Capcom and SNK reached market.

   Omron's 56K modem for the PS2 connects to the console by way of USB cable and is packaged with Net Front browser software. The modem receives data at 56000bps but transmits at only 33600bps.

    Stock is new but the packaging may have slight weathering from years of storage. Multiple units of this item are available for sale.
