To assuage the hurt feelings, Square Enix plans a special bonus for online buyers of Crisis Core: FFVII when the game shipped on June 27. By the way, that's 3 months after the USA version which was released in March.

   Crisis Core FFVII [EUR] is packaged with a bonus 48-page hardcover booklet titled "The Art of Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII" along with the game UMD. Both items are then slotted into a laminated slipcase.

«©NCSX» Alter by way of Beagle has announced a reproduction of the popular KOS-MOS Ver. 4 figure which was originally released in December 2007 at JPY6800. The figure is based on KOS-MOS' turn in Xenosaga Episode III. Akin to the first figure from Alter, KOS-MOS' hair is a translucent blue color that trails away from her head with wild abandon.
   Her armor is a mix of lingerie, garters, and metal plates which leave little to the imagination. On the weapon side of things, KOS' right hand hefts a nine-barrel Gatling gun which is almost as tall as she is. The figure is set to 1/8 scale and measures 21cm (8.26") tall. The sculpture is by Yagyu Toshiyuki and we consider ver. 4 to be something of a masterwork. Preorders are welcome to ship in mid-late Nov 2008.

   By utilizing the Wii Balance Board, players can take Hula lessons right in front of the television and learn how to shake, gesticulate, and dance like a native Hawaiian. In addition to the tutorials, the software also includes footage of dancers doing the Hula in the classic style. A video travelogue developed with the participation of the Hawaii Tourism Authority is also included on the Wii DVD which shows off the sights and natural beauty of Hawaii.
