NCS Product Synopsis Update: February 08, 2010 «©NCSX» Brand new and factory sealed Senjou no Valkyria 2 JPN Document of Gallia 1936 Bonus Package which was only released in Japan as a bonus to be included with the Senjou no Valkyria 2 game. NCS was able to purchase surplus inventory from vendors in Japan which we are offering for general sale. The package includes the following:    1) Gallian Journal 1936 booklet which contains 16 pages and includes the following information:  - Information and map on the Principality of Gallia  - Background details on the conflict  - Character profiles for six female class members  - Photo Report (which doesn't contain many photos)    2) Gallia Sensen Kaiko-roku mixed-media DVD which contains the following:  - Limited Senjou no Valkyria 2 soundtrack which features three tracks  - "Review of the Gallia Battlefield" video which chronicles the events in the game from 1935-1936  - Collection of trailers and previews shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2009 and one TV commercial  - Guest Character Secret Codes Guide    The silkscreen on top of the DVD is designed to look like an old reel of film. If you look closely at the DVD, you'll see imitation "dirt" and faux grungy markings that help create the illusion of an old reel of film.       All of the items are bundled inside a blue hardcover binder which keeps everything secure. We have contacted customers who ordered the Senjou no Valkyria 2 game from NCS but didn't receive the bonus due to the 50% ratio that we originally received. We'll send the bonus to our customers at no charge other than the Media Mail shipping cost. Japanese Preorder Bonuses    Publishers in Japan give away preorder bonuses as an incentive for customers to preorder their games. The bonuses are supposed to be given away by vendors but it doesn't always work out in the intended manner.    Over the past few years, an aftermarket of sorts has sprung up in the Japanese distribution network where vendors sell off their allocation of bonuses to other vendors who are willing to pay for the inventory. NCS has been able to purchase a motley assortment of "bonus" inventory for Japanese games that we never stocked thanks to the Japanese aftermarket.
