 «©NCSX» In the Moshidora or "Moshi Koko Yakyu no Joshi Manager ga Drucker no "Management" o Yondara" manga, high school student Minami Kawashima becomes manager of the Hodokubo H.S. baseball team. When she was younger, Minami's dreams of playing baseball professionally were squashed and she developed bitterness towards the sport. In her new position, Minami has no choice but to embrace baseball and use Peter Drucker's Management: Tasks, Resposibilities, Practices as a guidebook to managing the team.
   Good Smile Company starts preorders for a Minami Kawashima Nendoroid which measures 10cm or 3.93" tall and is made of PVC and ABS. Three faces are included with the toy - a normal face, a crying face, and a "hard work" face. A bat is packaged with the figure for good measure along with a mounting stand.  «©NCSX» Kikaider is a superhero who battles bad guys and leaps like the dickens but not necessarily in that order. Kikaider originally appeared in a 70s tokusatsu series but an animated seriial kicked off in 2001 to delight a new generation of fans.

   Medicom has started preorders for a Real Action Heroes DX figure featuring the multi-colored Kikaider who looks like a fabric explosion. One side of the hero's outfit is blue with yellow stripes while the other side is red with the same yellow stripes. The design probably took the seamstress at least a week to sew together. Kikaider's helmet is also a complicated affair with a mismatch between the left and right hemispheres. The figure measures 30cm or 11.81" tall and is fully posable per usual Real Action Heroes conventions.

   Preorders for the Kikaider v1.5 Real Action Heroes DX figure are welcome to ship in August 2011 at JPY17800 or US$249.90. Due to the size of the figure, NCS recommends only shipping by UPS Ground.
