NCS Product Synopsis
Update: March 21, 2014
Both shipments are out for delivery today and all
reservations are shipping this afternoon. There is
one clarification that we have to make - all
preorders for the PS3 and PSV versions of Ani-Song
Sound Editions include the bonus booklet in 100%
ratio. It is the regular edition which only has a
50% ratio of book to game. |

Update: March 20, 2014
Our first shipment of J Stars Victory VS left
Japan yesterday but is still en route, pending
Customs Clearance this morning, but the second
shipment which left Japan last night is also en
route. Based on the tracking information this
morning and after speaking to UPS, both shipments
are now scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Friday,
March 21, 2014). So.... there was no point and a
waste of resources to ship the first batch early...
since both shipments are arriving on the same day.
We'll try our best to get everyone's order out on Friday and it
shouldn't be an issue to do so but we originally
expected to have two days to do everything instead
of one day due to the amount of orders to pack and
ship. Apologies for this unusual issue but tracking
numbers that have already been updated on customer
orders will be activated by tomorrow afternoon.

Update: March 19, 2014
We were expecting the first batch of J Stars
Victory VS to arrive today but the UPS flight
with this shipment is still in Chiyoda-ku this
morning. We were hoping to get the first wave of
orders dispatched today but unless there's a mistake
in the tracking results, our packages are still in
Japan. Apologies for this problem but we'll update
again later today if we see any change in the
tracking information.

NCS Product Synopsis
Update: March 18, 2014
The
first batch of J Stars Victory VS for PS3/PSV
is scheduled to arrive tomorrow with a second batch
scheduled to arrive on Friday. Please note that the
J-Stars Victory Book bonus was allocated in 50%
ratio by the publisher and not 100%.
Due to the amount of orders to be shipped tomorrow, we'll begin
processing transactions today so we can alert
customers if there are any issues and allow them
time to update their information.
Invoices and shipping labels have already been printed since the
weekend and we'll look forward to an efficient
dispatch of reservations tomorrow and Friday. |
