I play Japanese imports on my USA GBA or USA NDS? |

Absolutely.
Nintendo enforces no territory lock-out on any of their
portable gaming machines. GB, GBC, and GBA games work without
a hitch. European GBA cartridges also play well with others.
On the Nintendo DS, all NDS games from Europe and Japan work
fine on a USA unit along with all Japanese and European Gameboy
Advance games. |

Priority Mail International generally takes between 5-10 days to

noticed seemingly respectable companies stealing our product
