Sony Playstation Ayrton Senna Go Kart

I'm not a racing fan and I defer to my webmaster when it comes to information on racing. He is a major racing nut and goes on a circuit every once in a while to drive one of those formula cars but didn't Ayrton Senna drive formula cars too? Why is he on a Go-Kart? I understand that he died a year ago in a racing crash but I am curious if this opens up licensees of his name to use it on a game that looks more like Mario Kart than C1 Circuit or Hyper Rally which were two recent racing releases on the Playstation. I don't have the time to check up on this but I guess that licensees are able to use licensed names in whatever way that they want since its happening right here. Ayrton Senna Go Kart looks very good with its polygon graphics and the close shots that you get when you are driving. The vantage point is from behind the go-kart driver so that you see their backs. The feeling of speed never gets too intense (remember that this is go-karts) but the curves in the roads will give you enough to wrestle your joypad with as you try to navigate them. The controls are acceptable but they are not as good as the tight control found in Mario Kart from the Super NES. I am unable to recommend this game because of the availability of superior product out there but please don't take my word for it if you enjoy racing games. You might enjoy this one if you are into racing games and its something different from the usual formula or stock car racing game.
