This game translates into Cool Skunk. The main character also happens to be a very cool skunk. Trust us. Whats so cool about this skunk? For one, he has a powerful odor blast that can render enemies unconscious or into a state of what looks like system shock. An attack such as this has not been seen in video games since the early PC-Engine days but it gives the game some light humor. Cool Skunk also has a free-wheeling attitude that makes him a lot of fun to watch. He is sort of like Sonic's odiferous brethren if we were to take a close look at video game rodents. CS is a platform action game where you, as the main character go through various levels in search of treasure and the end of the level. Along the way you will meet a bunch of other animals who are out to destroy you. Maybe its your b.o. but in any case, you can dispatch them easily by letting one loose. Cool Skunk can also pick up many power ups that will help him finish the levels - he can outfit himself with fists of iron for punching enemies out, parachute around in certain levels, rollerblade, hop on a pogo-stick, snowboard and jet around with a backpack booster. We told you he was a cool character. Cool Skunk is part of the lower priced software releases in Japan with the big Y2800 stickers on the front. Most of these titles have been re-releases of older titles such as Arc the Lad and Raiden Project. Cool Skunk represents the first original title to make its appearance under this pricing schedule.
