Game Navi is a new weekly gaming magazine that hopes
to give ASCII's Famitsu and the other weekly, Famimaga, a
run for their money. Like those two magazines, Game Navi
covers all of the major gaming platforms in Japan but
with much of the coverage going to the Sega Saturn and
the Playstation. The magazine begins with an article on
the upcoming adventure Azel which is based on the Panzer
Dragoon world. On the N64, the fantastic Bomberman
adventure game is featured with some screen shots. Navi's
new game schedule coverage is excellent with informative
text and ample screen shots of each game. Coverage for
every new game is split into 2 features per page with an
easy to read format. Familiar ads may be found inside so
Navi have garnered the majority of the usual advertisers
in the gaming market. |
