Yuna is the latest anime to console game and it features the hugely popular Galaxy Fraulein in an interactive movie that plays much like an OVA episode. The photo shots below are taken directly from the Saturn game which plays like any other interactive movie with multiple paths to take, many choices to select and smooth animation that spools cleanly from the CD-Rom. Fans of Yuna will find this disk very appealing thanks to its excellent animation quality and storyline. Newcomers to the Yuna fold will appreciate the attractive cast, the great voice acting and the cute storylines. Yuna is a space age kind of gal who adventures with a fast crowd and with characters that range from robots to petty arch-rivals. The storylines are light-hearted and should prove to be a draw for anime fans. The Saturn package comes in a large binder (similar to the Tokimeki Memorial Limited set) which houses the game CD, a 1997 desk calender that features the characters in the Yuna stable and a slipcase that the binder inserts into. Its a very attractive package and would be a nice addition to any anime fan's collection. |
