| Upcoming
Import Restock |
| With the excitement and confusion surrounding the Dreamcast over
the past couple of weeks, a few of our pre-ordered Saturn and Playstation import titles
were forgotten. We're still compiling what we missed but we'll post up a full listing

| Yen
Strength |
| The U.S. dollar has been on a steady decline against the Japanese
yen over the past few months. The bid is currently Y113 for each US$1. With the inception
of the Euro, the dollar may lose further ground as capital flows move from the safe haven
of the dollar to the newfound haven of the Euro. Bottom line: the weakness of the U.S.
dollar will push European and Japanese import prices higher across the board. NCS is
already seeing further price hikes on top of the hikes that were instituted by
distribution houses in Japan last quarter. Any new price changes will be reflectied in our
new stock listings starting next week. |

| Winter

the market on Thursday. |

Ugly Globex session overnight gave portents of a weaker opening today. However,
there was a spate of futures buying that pushed Globex into the positive. Strong
performance by European currencies sank the dollar as money flows shifted from the U.S. to
Europe. We note the non participation of the British Pound in the European currency rally
against the dollar. Only watching today to see general trends and money flows. |
