Errors, Updates 11:38AM
The NCS on-line store had problems from 05:30AM on Thursday morning to this
morning up until 10:00AM where the product line was not being submitted along with the
rest of our customer's information. That was 400 orders worth of blank products to figure
out. Due to this problem, we are e-mailing everyone who placed an order between those
hours. The store error has now been fixed as of 10:05AM and verified to function properly.
All NCS Dreamcast chip orders will also be delayed
for shipping until Monday due to a minor problem that a few local customers encountered
while performing the mod by themselves. A minor revision will be implemented on the chips
over the weekend. Also, two pins on our mod schematic is reversed on the technical diagram
for IC pin # 13 and our instructions will have to be revised accordingly. There wouldn't
have been any damaged caused by the reversal but it would have been confusing for new
customers performing the work for the first time. This information will be posted on our
store website to explain the delay for the shipments.
Finally, to add to all the mirth, Dreamcast shells have been delayed
by Customs. We hope to take delivery next week but we originally had them scheduled to
arrive yesterday. The product listings on the store will be updated today to reflect these
delays. |

Marvel vs Capcom 2 Import
Capcom announced MvC2 overnight to ship on March 23. Also, Gunbird 2 has been
confirmed to ship on March 9. Pre-orders may be submitted to ncs via e-mail or on-line store (Dreamcast
/ DC Pre-orders) for delivery as soon as the imports arrive. Thanks. |
