Sentimental Grafitti Limited Edition (US$68) for the Sega Saturn arrived yesterday. Grafitti features 12 girls in 12 different Japanese cities for you to interact with. The different locales and situations should make for good replayability and experimentation as you go on your dating ventures. The jewel case is a double one to accomodate the 2 CDs and special fan items inside. Also in stock is Solocrisis ($49) from Quintet. This new world domination game puts you in the role of a deity who must protect your people and destroy your enemies. It's Populous and Power Monger all over again.

I | I | Cotton II (US$49) and Tiger II Plus (US$49) for the Sega Saturn were restocked earlier this week. Both shooters have sold very well and have helped to solidify the Saturn's position as the console of choice for shooter fans. We took in some other restock this week: Drift King '97 (US$49), Tilk (US$49), the Nintendo 64 Pocket Monster Set (US$145) and the Saturn 4-in-1 cart with the 4MB ram (US$29). The rate of success for the cards was not bad with a satisfactory 12.5% failure rate among the units. |

We pulled out the old R-Tpe II board over the weekend for a refresher since R-Types for the Playstation is due on February 5. Time has not deteriorated it's great gameplay or the intriguing monsters that pepper it's levels. The first R-Type is also a memorable shooter with it's H.R. Giger inspired first level boss and it's revolutionary weapon upgrade system. Pre-orders for R-Types have been coming in consistently and we expect this collection to be one of our best sellers this quarter. NCS has a large supply coming in and should have no problems filling new orders.

In today's journal, we posture the assertion that Panzer Dragoon RPG won't make it in today since it's already late morning and our tracking with UPS shows that the cartons are still in transit. We also take a look at another large restock shipment expected next Monday that should help us clear out a lot of pre-orders and reservations that we have on hand.
