One more delay for a day due to code revisions that need to be supplemented. In addition, too many local customers and stores that we have supplied the current batch of DC mod chips to are getting confused by our mod work instructions. We had assumed that our directions were simple enough but mistakes are still being made on the pcboard. Please allow NCS 1 additional day to revise our instructions and scrap the old ones so that we don't cause more problems around the United States. NCS will begin shipping DC mod chip kit orders on Tuesday morning, tomorrow, with the updated instructions. We have had to help a number of customers repair their units due to minor mistakes on the board. If you have ordered the mod kit from NCS, we will update you on the situation by e-mail today and we apologize for the delay. We suppose it's good that we have a large "test" user base locally that gives us indications when a new mod technique needs better directions before it goes into wide distribution. Please make sure that you have a fine-tipped soldering iron and solder that is .022 diameter or better. Anything else will cause problems because of the small points that you will be soldering. NCS has confidence that our customers can perform the work but we are afraid that too many problems will arise if our recommendations are not followed. Crazy Taxi, NFL 2K, and Undercover A.D. 2025 Kei are due on January 26 for the Japanese DC. Bio-Hazard Gun Survivor, Chase the Express, and Umihara Kawase Shun are also expected on January 26 for the Japanese PS.
