has confirmed 200 additional copies of this particular Dreamcast Magazine. Since our
associates can only terrorize 8-9 Japanese stores and raid their magazine racks for our
desired copies, we won't try to grab any more. Reservations will close on Monday; most of
the 200 extra copies have been pre-ordered by retail already. |

Pocket 2 are now up for viewing. The handheld game features new tracks and the same great
rhythm action that has addicted arcade and Playstation gamers around the world. Pre-orders

| Our
first Japanese PC import game will be Sakura Wars First Limited from
Sega. This port of the Saturn classic is expected on March 18 at Y9800 (NCS US$95).
The game will include a special fountain pen with a Sakura design. PC games are not
territory protected and may be booted on any Windows 95 based PC. Please pre-order if you
are interested in reserving a copy of this game as quantities will be limited. |

| No change in our positions - it was too busy at NCS to play
the market yesterday. We're hedged and have our RUT, BKX and net shorts in place. The
action in Friday's session was disappointing and the weakness was apparent in all of the
indexes. Buyers are no longer coming in on weakness. Strength is now something that is
sold into to get out of positions. New lows trounced new highs on the NYSE by a ratio of
10:1, which is exceedingly bad and sickly. The SPX is treading on thin ice and is 2 points
away from breaking support again. NCS wants the market to head higher but the sentiment is
against us. Instinct wants to go 100% short but rationalization wants a hedge. Not easy to
mine capital when there is choppiness in the water. The market's day-off on Monday will
give us a chance to review levels and check on the bulls/bears by way of money flows and
puts/calls. |

observed and shipping schedules with UPS and Fedex are normal. There is no shipping with
the US Postal Service on Monday because of the holiday. |

subpoena that we were served with last week. So much going on right now in the business. |
