Imagineer has confirmed Red Line Racer to ship for the Dreamcast on April
28. RLR is a motorbike racing game that is compatible with the Racing Controller and the
VGA Box. NCS will append our DC 1999 release schedule next week with the expected Dreamcast
titles due in Apil and May. |

& Dragon Collection |
| No
delays have been announced for Capcom's next Saturn title so we cannot accept any further
mishaps with this title. NCS expects to take delivery next Wednesday or Thursday.
Pre-orders have been compiled and will ship in a timely manner when the game arrives. Our
Saturn customer base remains large and dedicated. Stock will be readily available for all
accounts. |

Capcom announced this game for the Saturn and Dreamcast a couple of weeks ago but dates
have not solidified. NCS will update confirmed shipping dates as soon as Capcom posts them
to distribution. Customers who are interested in either version may submit early

| The
dollar beats a hasty retreat back to 120.5Y in forex trading. A minor setback but the
uptrend is unbroken and bias is still positive. We think this is a good trading
opportunity to go long the dollar but NCS will remain on the sidelines to evaluate what is
happening in the equity markets with interest rates moving higher. |

is currently negotiating with suppliers for the Final Fantasy VIII products that we posted
up 2 weeks ago. They want to charge original retail for the products due to their limited
distribution and availability in Japan. NCS is unwilling to accept these terms but we also
realize that many customers desire the goods. We will try to sort out some middle ground
but the costs will be exhorbitant if we are forced to pay original retail for the items.

is planning on overhauling our entire site next month. The company that is helping us
perform the work has asked us if we would like to keep all of the old weekly updates on
the server. Or scrap everything and start anew. Through the past three years, we've filled
up about 1.3 gigs of drive space. We're not sure if our customers still visit the old
pages but please let us know your opinions if you care to offer them (E-mail ncx@ix.netcom.com
please). We don't mind either way since we occasionally visit the website ourselves to
check old news and to do general research. It's faster than retrieving the data from the
Jaz. |
