A Good Month for DC |
| The
month of March will kick off a diverse roster of Dreamcast imports. New DC titles are
expected every week in March. Most notable are Psychic Force 2012 and Puyo
Puyo due on March 04, Kita He due on March 18 and Marvel
vs Capcom, Blue Stinger, House of the Dead 2
due on March 25. |

still tests each DC console that we import into the country. The failure rate is only
about 2% now, based on the past month's shipments. With the new consoles that began
shipping in January, we have noticed fewer failures although the occasional console
arrives DOA or shows video problems after a certain amount of time. Since there is no way
of knowing which consoles will develop problems, we test them all to save us and the
prospective customer a lot of headache and return shipping. There may be a day when this
is no longer necessary (hope, hope) but not yet. |

| The
dollar's ascent remains strong. Dollar bulls can rest assured that their positions are
safe and the exchange should float above Y120 as it builds a new base. |

Everything has been sold off in the last session. It was too tempting to take our
profits and start anew today. We would have done better if we had sold the Russell puts
sooner but the SPHs helped to offset the RUT erosion and the BKX mistake. We'll stand
aside in the early morning to evaluate sentiment only; money flows are out there and
buying. Greenspan's knock-down of the market in the early going should be a buying
opportunity and we'll look to initiate long SPH in the late morning. If the market takes
off too early, we won't try to catch it - we are patient enough to let it waffle back to
our buying points. One thing about Greenspan's testimony when he talks down the market is
that the market never stays down for too long. Buying the dips on AG testimony is almost
assured money in the bank. Strange but true.
The Dow wants 10,000 and it may hit it in March with the NAZ looking
to reclaim 2500. We should see it before the next downturn. 10,000 might also be reached
this week if the money keeps sloshing around so freely. |
